Grab those dusty cowboy boots and get ready for a ranch-style vacation with New Directions! We promise nothing less than an incredible time for all you "cow-pokes!" The Quarter Circle U RANKIN DUDE RANCH is nestled deep in Colifornia's Tehachapi Mountains. Just east of Bakersfield, this historical ranch is located in Caliente, CA. It was founded in the 1860's by Walker Rankin, and our hosts, the 5th generation of Rankins are still living there year round! Along with the hospitality of the Rankins, everyone can enjoy their choice of horseback riding, tennis, swimming, shuffle board, volleyball, hay wagon rides, fishing, or hiking. And don't forget to take time to relax around the gorgeous pool. If you're in the dancing mood, you can kick up your heels and do some square dancin' at the Rankin's ranch. The folks out there just love to cut the rug. On top of everything, there are talent shows, tournaments, and plenty of games to fill your days. There will even be time for sketching and painting if you like. The choice is yours - so live it up! Delicious meals are served three times a day: barbecues and ranch-style food, and enough to fill up even the hungriest rustler! After our stay at the ranch, we'll bring back memories of a wonderful, restful and exciting vacation!
