Monday - All aboard the ROYAL CARIBBEAN'S "Monarch Of The Seas", as we set sail to beautiful Catalina Island, sunny San Diego and lively Ensenada, Mexico. We'll board our luxury cruise ship in Los Angeles, where we'll embark on an adventure to the Mexican Baja and have the vacation of our lives. Our onboard accommodations will include a disco, high above the sea, perfect for late night dancing; a great exercise center with aerobics, cardio machines and pampering spa treatments; a sun deck, with a pool and plenty of open deck space for sunning; two dining rooms, a Las Vegas style showroom with nightly entertainment, several boutiques and of course, a casino and night clubs.

Tuesday - Rise and shine! We've docked at Catalina Island. We'll have all day to explore this beautiful, historic California Island. The picturesque village of Avalon and the beautiful Wrigley Botanical Gardens are surely worth a visit. We might explore the waters on a kayaking, submarine or glass-bottom boat tour. We'll be sure to visit the famed Avalon Casino, with its incomparable Art Deco decor and 1930's memorabilia. There's also the nature preserve, where fox, deer, and herds of buffalo roam across sweeping valleys.

Wednesday - Today we dock in sunny San Diego, CA. If you want do some more shopping, we can explore the many quaint shops and restaurants of Seaport Village. Or perhaps take a trolley tour of the city.

Thursday - We'll spend the day on shore in lively Ensenada, Mexico. We might spend some time dancing to a Mariachi band on a sunny terrace or shopping for Mexican folk art and other souvenirs at the outdoor markets. We can visit the market at "La Boufadora" or take in the view of the beautiful beaches, with their rocky dramatic shorelines.

Friday - We'll arrive in Los Angeles today to disembark, taking with us the memories of our wonderful cruise. We'll all have plenty of stories to tell our families and friends about the sensational time we had on our vacation.
